By using boxboddy.com or requesting services from BoxBuddy LLC ("BoxBuddy," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

BoxBuddy provides on-site residential and commercial packing, unpacking, furniture wrapping, and moving preparation services in Louisville, Kentucky and nearby communities, subject to availability.

The specific tasks, areas, items, and materials included in your service will be described in the estimate or booking confirmation. Work outside the agreed scope is not included unless we agree to it.

BoxBuddy is not a trucking company or transportation carrier. We do not provide moving trucks, vehicle transportation, or freight moving. Transportation is the responsibility of the customer or a separately contracted third-party provider.

Estimates are based on the information you provide. Estimates may change if the project size, materials, or agreed service scope change. A quote is not a guarantee of final pricing until the scope is confirmed.

Services are scheduled based on availability. A booking is confirmed only when we communicate confirmation to you. We will discuss timing with you directly and do not guarantee specific arrival or completion times unless we agree in writing.

You agree to provide safe, timely access to the service location, including parking and building access arrangements where relevant. Delays or limited access may affect scheduling and the work that can be completed.

• Provide accurate information about the project and belongings
• Identify items that are fragile, valuable, or require special handling
• Set aside items you do not want packed
• Ensure a responsible adult or authorized representative is reachable during service
• Arrange transportation separately

Any packing materials included in the service will be confirmed in your estimate. If materials are not included, additional arrangements or charges will be discussed before the work begins.

We do not pack hazardous, flammable, explosive, or illegal items, or perishable goods. We may decline to handle any item we reasonably believe is unsafe or unsuitable for packing.

Specialized, unusually fragile, or high-value items (such as jewelry, important documents, or cash) should be identified in advance. We may recommend that you keep these with you or make separate arrangements.

If the amount of work or materials changes, we will discuss adjustments with you before proceeding. Additional work requires your agreement.

Pricing, accepted payment methods, and any deposit will be provided in your estimate or booking confirmation and must be agreed upon before services begin. We do not apply charges that were not disclosed to you.

Services are considered complete when the agreed packing tasks have been performed. Please raise any concerns with us promptly so we can address them.

We take reasonable care when handling your belongings. Packing and wrapping reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of damage during transport, and damage during transportation by a third party is outside our control. Please report any concern about property damage in writing as soon as reasonably possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kentucky law, BoxBuddy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If you hire a moving company or other transportation provider, your agreement is with that provider. BoxBuddy is not responsible for their services, schedules, or actions.

The Website's content, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to BoxBuddy LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If it cannot be resolved, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted with a revised date. Your continued use of the Website or services means you accept the updated terms.
